Tide Robotics Inc. DBA Novolo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LinkedIn Ads ROI Booster calculator (the "Service"). • Cookies: Small pieces of data stored on your device (computer or mobile device). We do not currently use cookies directly for tracking purposes on this specific calculator tool, but our hosting provider or embedded services might.

• Current ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) (if provided)
• Business Niche/Industry
• Type of LinkedIn Ad You're Running
• Selection of where ads are primarily running (Company Page, Personal Page, Both)
• Selections from the Organic LinkedIn Presence Checklist
• Miscellaneous information you voluntarily type into text fields
• Files (e.g., screenshots of LinkedIn pages, ad analytics) you voluntarily upload
• Your choice regarding receiving a more detailed analysis by our human team.
• Your email address if you contact us directly via the provided email (tom@novolo.ai) for consultation.

Usage Data (Automatically Collected)

Our hosting provider (Netlify) and the AI service provider (Google Gemini API) may collect Usage Data when you access the Service. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. Please refer to Netlify's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for details on their data collection practices.

3. Use of Data

Tide Robotics Inc. DBA Novolo uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and operate our Service (i.e., to perform the ROI calculation and generate AI insights).
• To process your inputs, including text and uploaded images (if image analysis is implemented), through Google's Gemini API to generate a tailored analysis.
• To personalize your experience with the Service.
• If you opt-in for human analysis, to allow our team to review your provided information (including uploaded files) to offer a more detailed, personalized consultation and to contact you regarding this.
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.
• To monitor the usage of our Service (primarily through aggregated data from our hosting provider).
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
• To respond to your inquiries if you contact us directly.

4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data (for users in EEA/UK)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), Tide Robotics Inc. DBA Novolo's legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Tide Robotics Inc. DBA Novolo may process your Personal Data because:

• We need to perform a contract with you (e.g., to provide the Service you requested).

• Data submitted for immediate AI analysis via the calculator is processed by our serverless function and the Gemini API. We do not store this input data (including form fields and uploaded files if sent to the AI) on our own servers long-term after the analysis is provided to you, unless you have opted in for human analysis.
• If you opt-in for human analysis, the information you provide (including uploaded files) may be retained for a reasonable period to facilitate the consultation and follow-up communication. You can request deletion of this data by contacting us.
• Usage Data may be retained for internal analysis purposes by our service providers (Netlify, Google) according to their retention policies.

6. Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States for processing by the Gemini API and for hosting via Netlify. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Tide Robotics Inc. DBA Novolo will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Tide Robotics Inc. DBA Novolo may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

8. Security of Data

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (e.g., HTTPS for the website, secure handling of API keys by our serverless function), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Uploaded files are handled by our serverless function. If they are intended for AI analysis, they will be sent to the Gemini API. We recommend not uploading highly sensitive personal information that you would not want processed by third-party AI services.

9. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain data protection rights. Tide Robotics Inc. DBA Novolo aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

10. Service Providers

• Netlify (Hosting): Our website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect Usage Data. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/
• Google (Gemini API): We use Google's Gemini API to generate AI-powered analysis. Information you input into the calculator (including text and potentially features derived from uploaded images if image analysis is implemented) is sent to this service. 11. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us (e.g., your LinkedIn profile link in the call to action). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
